Elafibranor CAS: 923978-27-2

Elafibranor (cas 923978-27-2) is an agonist of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α (PPAR-α) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-δ (PPAR-δ) with EC50 values of 45 and 175 nM, respectively. Elafibranor improves insulin sensitivity, glucose homeostasis, and lipid metabolism and reduces inflammation. We assessed the safety and efficacy of elafibranor in an international, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled trial of patients wit
h nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

AP-III-a4 hydrochloride((ENOblock HCl) )| Musechem ENOblock Hcl(AP-III-a4 Hcl) is a novel small molecule which is the first, nonsubstrate analogue that directly binds to enolase and inhibits its activity (IC50=0.576 uM); inhibit cancer cell metastasis in vivo.  Enolase is a component of the glycolysis pathway and a “moonlighting” protein, with important roles in diverse cellular processes that are not related to its function in glycolysis. However, small molecule tools to probe enolase function have been restricted to crystallography or enzymology.
